Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras. Conduct drain cleaning and unclogging procedures efficiently to restore proper water flow. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute plumbing projects accurately. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to various job sites. Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues and recommend effective solutions. Utilize welding techniques when necessary for pipe repairs or modifications during construction or remodeling projects. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial environments. Skilled in welding, drain cleaning, assembly, remodeling, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of construction plumbing standards. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or team members. Handyman experience or previous roles involving plumbing system maintenance and repair are highly desirable.
