Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes and condo's Diagnose issues within plumbing systems using schematics and mechanical knowledge; troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water filtration systems, and other malfunctions. Assist with remodeling projects for final plumbing installation Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for each project. Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance in residential settings. Ability to read basic math measurements accurately for precise pipe fitting and installation tasks. Pay:

$62,400.00 - $65,000.00 per year
