The Cool Stuff): Remove, replace, and fire up new HVAC systems in residential homes Communicate with customers like a pro-because a great install starts with trust Protect customers' homes while performing expert installations Tackle minor carpentry work (moldings, platforms, attic access? No problem!) Modify ductwork, connect piping (yes, that means some brazing & soldering) Handle electrical hookups safely and up to code Keep your tools sharp, your van clean, and your team informed Collect payments and wrap jobs up like a boss Maintain that clean-cut, pro-look Del-Air is known for ✅ What You Bring to the

✔️ 2+ years of HVAC field experience ✔️ Valid Florida driver s license ✔️ EPA certification preferred (but not required-we ll help you get there) ✔️ Experience with high/low voltage wiring ✔️ Flexibility to work overtime when needed ✔️ Pass a background check & drug test ✔️ Great attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-first mindset ✔️ Age 18+ and ready to hit the ground running 🎁 Why You ll Love Working at
