Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues within complex water systems. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and repairs aligned with project specifications. Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, assembly, remodeling tasks, and system upgrades while adhering to safety standards. Operate company vehicles responsibly while managing multiple construction sites efficiently. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project scope, progress, and maintenance recommendations. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial environments. Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance, repair, and installation techniques. Skilled in soldering, drain cleaning, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and using hand tools or power tools effectively. Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras and other diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to plumbing projects. Experience operating heavy machinery or company vehicles is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks on construction sites. Handyman experience or background in remodeling projects is a plus for versatile project support.
