Join a growing company that values its people and invests in their success. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, communicates effectively with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing equipmentDiagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe damagePerform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line inspectionsInstall and repair bathroom and kitchen fixtures including sinks, toilets, faucets, and showersRespond promptly to emergency service calls and provide timely solutionsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliant installationsPerform water heater installations and repairs (traditional and tankless units)Detect and repair gas line issues in compliance with local codes and safety standardsCollaborate with other tradespeople on new construction and renovation projectsMaintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on jobCommunicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and recommended solutionsMaintain a clean, organized work vehicle and inventory of suppliesRequired QualificationsValid state plumbing license (where required)Minimum 2+ years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial settingsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong working knowledge of local, state, and national plumbing codesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heightsProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPreferred QualificationsExperience with service and repair (not just new construction)Familiarity with plumbing software or CRM scheduling systemsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We OfferCompetitive hourly wage or salary based on experience and locationHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO) and paid holidays401(k) with company matchCompany-provided vehicle, tools, and uniformsOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesPerformance bonuses and incentive programsOpportunities for advancement into lead technician or management roles
