seeks Residential Plumbing Service Technician to Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems in new construction and remodeling projects; install piping systems for water supply, drainage, and venting in all phases of construction, including underground, rough-in, and trim; diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs, including leak detection, pipe replacement, fixture adjustments, and water heater service; read and interpret basic plumbing plans and specifications to complete assigned installations and repairs; assist with identifying material needs and handling plumbing supplies, tools, and equipment for assigned work; communicate with contractors, supervisors, homeowners, and other construction personnel regarding assigned plumbing tasks and site access; perform service, maintenance, and warranty-related plumbing tasks in occupied residential properties; conduct routine checks and pressure testing to confirm proper system operation; report work status, material needs, and site issues to the Owner or designated supervisor; maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition.

Req:

High School/GED & 2 years of Experience in In residential plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair, including underground, rough-in, and trim phases.
