Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our property maintenance team supporting apartment complexes. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems across multi-family residential properties, including individual units, common areas, and building infrastructure. Your expertise will keep water supply, drainage, and waste systems running reliably for residents while meeting safety standards and local building codes. This position focuses on responsive service, preventative maintenance, and efficient repairs in an apartment community setting. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, waste disposal, fixtures, and appliances within apartment units and common areas Respond to work orders and emergency calls for leaks, clogs, low pressure, water heater issues, and other plumbing problems reported by residents or property staff Conduct plumbing inspections and diagnostics using cameras and other tools to identify and resolve issues accurately Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life Clear drain blockages and clean sewer lines using specialized equipment to prevent backups in units and building lines Interpret building plans, unit layouts, and technical drawings as needed for repairs or minor upgrades Operate a company vehicle safely while transporting tools and materials between apartment properties Use hand tools, power tools, and plumbing components to complete tasks efficiently and cleanly Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and property management standards during every job Coordinate with property managers, maintenance supervisors, and other technicians to prioritize work and minimize resident disruption Document completed work, materials used, and any follow-up needed in the property management system Skills Hands-on experience with residential multi-family plumbing systems (apartment complexes preferred) Proficiency in drain cleaning, fixture repair/replacement, water heater service, and basic pipe repair Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras and diagnostic tools Knowledge of local building codes and safe work practices in occupied residential buildings Ability to read basic floor plans and unit layouts Strong customer service skills for professional interaction with residents and property staff Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations Physical ability to lift, climb, bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces (under sinks, in crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, etc.) Reliable, self-directed work style with good time management across multiple properties Prior experience in apartment or multi-family maintenance is a plus We Offer Competitive wages Industry-First Maintenance Incentive Program Performance bonuses paid bi-weekly Opportunity to receive a check every week through our wage and bonus program Stable employment Supportive team environment Join our team if you're ready to apply your plumbing skills in a fast-paced apartment maintenance environment where reliability, craftsmanship, and resident service matter every day.
