Full Job Description Overview:

Browix needs a plumber who knows code, works clean, and can rough-in and trim out without callbacks. Steady W-2 work on new construction and government-funded rehab across the Gainesville area.

Compensation:

$24-28/hr plus a performance bonus bringing top performers to $35/hr

Gainesville, FL and surrounding job sites What you'll do: Rough-in and finish plumbing on new construction and remodels Water, waste, and vent — supply lines, DWV, fixtures Work to Florida code and pass inspection What we require (no exceptions): 3+ years plumbing experience (journeyman-level skill) Solid knowledge of Florida plumbing code Can rough-in a house from prints Reliable transportation and own hand tools What sets our top guys apart: Journeyman card or working toward a license Both new construction and service/repair experience Clean rough-ins that inspectors don't flag How to apply: Message us the word ROUGHIN and tell us your years of experience and licensing status.
