Job Summary:

The Flowery is a leading cannabis cultivation and production company committed to quality, sustainability, and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to maintain and repair plumbing, irrigation, water distribution, drainage, and related facility systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on plumbing experience, strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on plumbing and water systems. Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fixtures, pumps, drains, and related equipment. Maintain and repair cultivation irrigation systems, including water lines, pumps, valves, and filters. Conduct routine inspections and respond to plumbing issues and emergencies. Assist with facility construction, renovations, and installation of new plumbing infrastructure and equipment. Read and follow blueprints, plumbing diagrams, and construction plans. Work with contractors and other team members on facility projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, company policies, and cannabis industry requirements. Communicate maintenance needs and project status to supervisors. Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of general maintenance. Local travel between locations may be required.

Requirements:

Plumbing or trade school training is a plus but not required. Previous plumbing, maintenance, or skilled-trade experience required. Knowledge of plumbing, irrigation, pumps, valves, and water systems. Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical/manual labor. Starting wage based on experience.
