Miami About the Role We're looking for a skilled Water Treatment Installer to join our team on a per-job basis. You'll install and service reverse osmosis (RO) systems, whole-home filtration units, and water softeners for residential and light commercial customers. If you take pride in clean plumbing work, enjoy solving problems on-site, and want to earn based on the jobs you complete — not the clock — this is for you.

What You'll Do Install RO Systems:

Mount reverse osmosis units, storage tanks, and dedicated faucets under sinks or in utility spaces.

Make Plumbing Connections:

Tie equipment into cold water supply lines and drill drain saddles for wastewater discharge.

Test Every System:

Flush filters, sanitize components, and check TDS (total dissolved solids) levels and water pressure before sign-off.

Perform Maintenance & Repairs:

Replace filters, O-rings, booster pumps, and RO membranes as needed.

Support Customers:

Walk clients through how their new system works and basic upkeep tips. What We're Looking For 6 months-2 years of hands-on experience in plumbing or water treatment installation Working knowledge of PEX, PVC, CPVC, and copper piping Ability to read and follow technical/installation diagrams Comfortable using hand tools, power drills, and pipe cutters Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in tight spaces (under sinks, crawl spaces, utility closets) Reliable transportation and own basic tool set preferred Pay & Structure $250-$400 paid per completed installation job , depending on scope and complexity Flexible schedule — accept jobs that fit your availability Opportunity for repeat work and referrals as you build a track record
