About the Opportunity Coastal Pure Water is a growing residential water-treatment company serving Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. We have partnered with an experienced industry operator who is expanding into the South Florida market. We are looking for a dependable, properly licensed plumbing professional to complete residential water-softener, whole-house filtration and reverse-osmosis installations on a flexible, job-by-job basis. This is an independent-contractor opportunity—not a full-time employee position. There is no guaranteed minimum number of jobs, but we are looking to develop a long-term relationship with the right installer as our customer base grows. Responsibilities Install residential water softeners and whole-house filtration systems Install under-sink reverse-osmosis systems Connect drain lines, bypass valves and associated plumbing Determine whether permits and inspections are required Pull and close applicable permits when assigned Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean jobsite Test connections, water pressure and equipment before leaving Explain basic system operation to customers Address installation-related leaks or workmanship callbacks promptly Communicate any unexpected site conditions before performing additional work Requirements Proper Florida plumbing license or credentials for the assigned work Legally able to pull permits when required Relevant residential plumbing experience Water-treatment installation experience preferred Current general-liability insurance Workers' compensation coverage or valid exemption, when applicable Commercial automobile insurance Reliable transportation and professional tools Ability to provide a completed W-9 and Certificate of Insurance Professional communication and customer-service skills Reliable availability and responsiveness Compensation Most standard installations take approximately three to four hours. Compensation is agreed upon before each job and generally ranges from $350 to $700 , depending on the system and scope.
