As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Residential Service & Sales Plumber who takes pride in delivering outstanding workmanship while building trust with customers. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including: Water leaks Burst pipes Drain clogs Water heaters Plumbing fixtures Perform thorough plumbing inspections and identify repair or replacement opportunities. Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems. Present repair and replacement options that best fit the customer's needs using a consultative, customer-first approach. Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and gas lines. Complete service documentation, invoices, and job notes using company-provided technology. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish while maintaining professionalism and integrity. What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Valid driver's license Why Join Cornerstone Pros?
