Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential properties primarily in the Lehigh Acres FL area. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, meet safety standards, and adhere to local building codes and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential , including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing projects Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to various job sites Utilize welding techniques for pipe fitting and repairs when necessary Adhere to all local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during project execution Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing systems to prevent future issues Collaborate with team members on construction site experience, ensuring efficient workflow and quality workmanship Skills Proven experience in construction plumbing, residential plumbing Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and assembly equipment Strong knowledge of water systems, drainage solutions, and plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans accurately Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards relevant to plumbing work Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical specifications Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support Experience with construction site operations including interpreting technical drawings and blueprint reading Join our team where your skills will be valued as we deliver exceptional plumbing solutions!
