Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of plumbing systems across mostly residential properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet customer expectations. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing assembly components to complete projects efficiently and safely Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages and restore proper flow Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to safety protocols for transportation to various job sites Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and repairs Utilize plumbing inspection cameras for diagnosing hidden leaks or blockages within walls or underground pipes Perform remodeling tasks such as fixture replacements or system upgrades in accordance with client specifications Follow local building codes and safety regulations diligently during all phases of work Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair procedures, provide maintenance advice, and ensure satisfaction Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and extend system lifespan Experience Proven construction site experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects Demonstrated ability in plumbing system maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting using hand tools and power tools Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications related to plumbing systems Experience with welding techniques applicable to plumbing repairs or installations is preferred Knowledge of water systems management including installation of water heaters, pumps, valves, and fixtures Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics in complex or concealed piping systems Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of local building codes and safety standards relevant to plumbing work Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project execution Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving on-site Join our team as an Experienced Service Plumber where your expertise will make a real difference!
