This position requires plumbers to maintain the domestic water, sanitary drains and sewer systems for the entire campus. Install and maintain plumbing equipment for the campus; including but not limited to toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, water lines, sewer lines, D.I. water systems, R.O. systems, boilers and all other forms of plumbings. Work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities for occasional overtime. Clear drains in bathrooms, kitchens, dorms, offices, etc. for the campus. Repair/replace leaking pipes, pumps, water heaters and plumbing fixtures for the campus. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and related systems according to established schedules. Daily inspections, maintenance and record keeping of time and material for jobs performed as well as company vehicle. Operating company iPad to obtain, comment and close out tickets as well as communicating verbally. Purchase and pick-up material for service requests and projects. Maintain tools and equipment in safe, clean and orderly condition. Emergency preparedness and support as directed. Additional duties as assigned. Carry rotating cellphone for after-hours emergency calls - may be required to work evenings and weekends in an emergency.
