Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing system maintenance tools effectively on various job sites Perform drain cleaning using appropriate methods and equipment to ensure proper flow and prevent blockages Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel between job sites Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures and performing handyman tasks as needed Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and ensure longevity Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high-quality service while maintaining a professional attitude at all times Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments Hands-on experience with welding, assembly, remodeling, and construction site work Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing systems and safety standards Experience operating heavy machinery or company vehicles is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments Previous handyman or remodeling experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in delivering top-tier plumbing solutions that keep our communities running smoothly!
