Equipment is in the warehouse, the website is live, and marketing is coming online now. We sell the systems and handle every customer conversation from first call to final payment. What we need is a licensed Florida plumber to install them under his or her own license. Read this before you apply You must hold an active Florida plumbing license and have the certificate or license card in hand right now. Not "in process," not "working under someone else's." We verify every license on the Florida DBPR site and with the county before the second conversation, so an application without a real license number goes nowhere. If you are not licensed yet, please don't apply — reach back out when you are and we'll talk. Two roles are open 1. Licensed Installer (per-job subcontractor) — our immediate need! Steady, repeatable per-job work. We intend to service Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. 2. Lead Installer / Qualifying Agent — a bigger role for a well-qualified licensed plumber who wants real ownership of the install side of a company that is just getting going: set the install standards, help run the process as volume grows, and serve as the qualifying agent for the entity. This one is compensated well above the per-job rate, structured properly in writing with a construction attorney, and reviewed by your own attorney at our expense. The work Whole-home softener and filtration installs on residential city water — single-tank and dual-tank systems, plus under-sink reverse osmosis. Typical job runs 3-5 hours. Standard, repeatable work. No diagnostics, no selling. What we pay $450-$850 per install , depending on system type and complexity. Dual-tank, long runs, tight mechanical rooms and copper-to-copper pay at the top of the range. Permit fees reimbursed on top of your rate. Paid within 48 hours of job completion by Zelle. What we need from you Active Florida plumbing license — state-certified, or county-registered in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach. Willing to pull permits under your license and handle inspections. We reimburse the fees and work around your inspection schedule. Your own $1M general liability policy , with Gold Coast Water Pros LLC named as additional insured. COI before the first job, no exceptions. Real water treatment experience — ideally 20+ softener or whole-home filtration installs. Coming off a high-volume install operation is a plus. Your own truck and tools, and the ability to take a job on about 12 hours' notice sometimes. What you don't have to do No selling. No lead chasing. No customer negotiation. No collections. You show up to a booked, paid, pre-qualified job with the equipment already specified and staged. We handle the rest. Where we work Our service area covers Broward County, Miami-Dade County and Palm Beach County. The work we are staffing first is Broward-centered, and our equipment is stored in Oakland Park, which is why a plumber based in or near Oakland Park is our top priority. Inventory is here and marketing is launching, so early volume will ramp rather than start full.
