Position Summary:

At Andy's Plumbing, we believe in providing high-quality work and exceptional customer service by creating an environment centered around integrity, respect, and excellence. We are looking for a skilled Plumber to undertake a variety of tasks relating to plumbing. You will work in both residential and commercial settings. You will be responsible for preventing against future problems by repairing broken pipes and installing plumbing fixtures. The goal is to install and maintain well-functioning plumbing systems that ensure adequate distribution of waste and water.

Competitive wage with fantastic company -paid benefits 5 day work weeks, no weekends Company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision provided for you and your qualifying dependants Company-paid Pension Plan Paid Holidays A great work environment with lots of fun events and friendly coworkers A solid work-life balance A stable, reliable, and trustworthy employer A great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in the trade Key Responsibilities Take exceptional care of our customer through the following: Service & Repair Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, valves, and piping Perform emergency and same-day service calls as needed Accurately explain issues and solutions to customers Light Plumbing Remodeling Install and modify plumbing for bathroom and kitchen remodels Set fixtures including toilets, faucets, tubs, showers, and sinks Perform rough-in and trim-out plumbing work Coordinate with office staff and other trades when needed Customer Experience Provide professional, respectful service in customers' homes and businesses Communicate job scope, timelines, and recommendations clearly Maintain a clean, safe job site at all times Documentation & Systems Complete work orders, notes, and photos using company software Follow company processes, safety standards, and code requirements

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Valid Driver's License (required) 5+ years of experience as a plumber in residential service is required. 2+ years of experience as a plumber in the commercial field is preferred Will train the right candidate!
