Service & Remodel Plumber (Journeyman Level)

Job Summary Dreamworks Plumbing LLC is seeking a skilled Service & Remodel Plumber who can confidently handle both service calls and remodeling/construction work . This role is ideal for a well-rounded plumber who enjoys problem-solving in the field while also contributing to high-quality install work from rough-in to finish. We are part of Dreamworks Companies , a full-service design-build contractor specializing in remodeling, restoration, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Our in-house model allows us to maintain quality, consistency, and long-term customer relationships—no reliance on subcontractors. What You'll Do Perform and manage residential service calls (diagnose, repair, complete jobs) Execute remodel plumbing work including rough-ins and final trim Communicate directly with customers and provide professional solutions Support new construction and renovation plumbing work as needed Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of plumbing experience (service + construction preferred) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls Experience with remodeling, rough-ins, and finish work Ability to read blueprints and perform basic estimating (preferred) Leadership ability and willingness to guide team members Valid driver's license with clean driving record Professional attitude with strong customer service skills Compensation & Benefits $25 - $35 per hour (based on experience) Company truck 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Opportunities for advancement Schedule Full-time 8-hour shift Work Location Based in Palm City, FL (34990) Work performed throughout the Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches On-site role (must be able to reliably commute or relocate before start) Why Join Dreamworks Plumbing?
