Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and service team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across new construction and remodel projects. There is some opportunity on our residential service team as well. Your expertise will ensure that water systems, drainage, and plumbing infrastructure operate efficiently and safely, adhering to local building codes and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a wide range of tools and techniques, and contribute to high-quality construction and remodeling efforts. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise installation and repairs Operate company vehicles and power tools safely to perform plumbing tasks efficiently on various job sites Perform drain cleaning using manual or power tools to clear blockages and prevent backups Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work aligns with project timelines and specifications Maintain compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices during all phases of work Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance in residential or commercial environments Skilled in welding, assembly, remodeling, and handyman tasks related to plumbing systems Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Familiarity with construction site procedures including heavy lifting, use of hand tools and power tools, as well as working at heights or in confined spaces Knowledge of water systems management, drainage solutions, construction plumbing standards, and local building codes Prior experience operating company vehicles safely in compliance with traffic laws and safety policies Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients regarding work performed or needed repairs This role is ideal for individuals passionate about craftsmanship in the plumbing trade who thrive in fast-paced environments.
