This is a full-time position offering hourly pay plus commission, with additional earning potential based on performance and productivity. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, confident working independently, and experienced in residential and light commercial plumbing.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues Perform residential and light commercial plumbing calls Drain cleaning and stoppage diagnostics Repair and replace toilets, faucets, disposals, valves, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures Diagnose leaks, pressure issues, and general plumbing problems Explain findings and repair options clearly to customers Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Keep job sites and company equipment clean and organized Participate in a required rotating on-call schedule for after-hours service

Requirements:

Previous plumbing experience required Must be comfortable diagnosing plumbing problems independently Valid driver's license Must be able to communicate clearly in English Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Must have basic plumbing hand tools Must be available for required on-call rotation

Compensation:

Hourly pay based on experience Commission in addition to hourly pay Additional earning potential based on performance and productivity
