Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drain lines, fixtures, and appliances. Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Clean drains and resolve blockages efficiently using specialized drain cleaning equipment. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure proper system setup and repairs. Operate power tools, hand tools, and company vehicles safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Follow local building codes and regulations during all installation and repair activities. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and coordinating with other construction trades. Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on residential plumbing projects. Skilled in assembly, remodeling, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Experience with drain cleaning techniques and plumbing inspection cameras. Knowledge of local building codes, plumbing standards, and blueprint reading. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately for installation or repair tasks. Strong understanding of water systems, plumbing system maintenance, and repair procedures. Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly. Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor at all times. Handyman experience or background in construction site work is a plus.
