Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Construction Plumber to join our team and contribute to a variety of construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing infrastructure meets all safety standards, local building codes, and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a wide range of tools and techniques, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to perform precise installations and repairs. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to ensure optimal flow and prevent blockages. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites. Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions for maintenance or repair. Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met efficiently and safely. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings. Skilled in welding, drain cleaning, assembly, remodeling, and plumbing system maintenance. Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding local building codes. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and basic math for measurements and calculations. Experience operating company vehicles safely in compliance with traffic laws. Knowledge of water systems management including troubleshooting leaks or system failures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work on construction sites confidently while adhering to safety protocols; previous site experience is preferred. Handyman experience or background in assembly or remodeling projects is a plus.
