In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety standards. Your expertise will help deliver reliable water and waste systems that meet the high standards of our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to remodeling, utilizing your technical skills and construction experience to make a tangible impact. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial facilities, including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal systems Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts Operate company vehicles and power tools safely to complete plumbing tasks efficiently on construction sites Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues within complex water systems Perform drain cleaning, pipe assembly, remodeling work, and system troubleshooting with hand tools and heavy equipment Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and clients to deliver exceptional customer service while providing expert advice on plumbing solutions Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on commercial plumbing projects Skilled in welding, drain cleaning, plumbing inspection cameras, and the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of construction site procedures, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding local building codes Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for plumbing installation and repairs Experience with remodeling projects, assembly work, handyman tasks, and general construction site activities Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing layouts and repairs Join us if you're ready to bring your construction plumbing expertise into a fast-paced environment where your skills directly contribute to building safe, efficient water systems.
