Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience repairing and replacing water heaters, faucets, toilets, fixtures, piping, drains, garbage disposals, and other plumbing systems. Familiarity with gas piping installation, gas leak detection, pressure testing, appliance connections, regulators, shutoff valves, and applicable gas codes. Ability to identify additional plumbing concerns and recommend appropriate repairs, upgrades, or preventive services. Proven ability to present service options and close sales without using high-pressure tactics. Experience selling water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, re-pipes, fixture upgrades, and maintenance agreements. Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain technical issues, repair options, and pricing in clear, customer-friendly language. Ability to prepare accurate estimates, document recommendations, and obtain customer authorization. Professional appearance and respectful conduct in customers' homes and businesses. Ability to work independently and manage an assigned service schedule. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift and carry plumbing equipment and materials and work in confined spaces when necessary.
