We are looking for an experienced Service / Residential Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, has strong hands-on plumbing experience, and is committed to providing professional and respectful service to our customers. Candidates must be comfortable diagnosing plumbing issues, completing repairs, working independently when necessary, and responding to emergency service calls when needed . This is a full-time W-2 position paying $18.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, faucets, toilets, valves, piping, and other plumbing components Troubleshoot leaks, drain problems, water supply issues, and other common plumbing problems Perform drain cleaning and plumbing maintenance Inspect plumbing systems and identify necessary repairs Complete assigned service calls efficiently and professionally Be available and willing to respond to emergency service calls when needed Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers Explain plumbing issues and completed work to customers when necessary Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers Follow applicable plumbing codes and safety requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Properly use and maintain plumbing tools and equipment Qualifications Previous plumbing experience required Experience with residential service and plumbing repairs Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, fittings, and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work emergency service calls when needed Valid driver's license Dependable and responsible Customer-service mindset Preferred Experience Drain cleaning Water heaters Fixture installation and replacement Residential plumbing service Commercial service experience is a plus What We Offer $18.00-$22.00 per hour , based on experience Full-time W-2 employment Approximately 40 hours per week Team-oriented, family-owned company environment Opportunity to grow with the company Tools and equipment provided as applicable We value quality workmanship, teamwork, and treating every customer with respect.
