Role Overview:
Technician Commercial Plumbing Role Overview The Technician Commercial Plumbing performs installation, service, and repair of plumbing systems for commercial customers, including office buildings, restaurants, and other commercial facilities. This role diagnoses and resolves plumbing issues while ensuring compliance with commercial plumbing codes. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial plumbing experience and a professional approach to customer service. What You Bring 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
  • Journeyman Plumbing License preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and code requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret commercial plumbing blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair commercial plumbing systems, including fixtures, piping, and water heaters.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
  • Ensure all work complies with commercial plumbing codes and safety standards.
  • Communicate with facility managers and customers regarding findings and recommendations.
  • Complete accurate work orders, time logs, and materials documentation.
  • Coordinate with other trades on commercial job sites as needed.
  • Maintain company vehicle and tools in safe, organized condition.
  • Represent the company professionally on every commercial job site. Licenses & Certifications Journeyman Plumbing License preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
