We are launching Blue Collar Plumbers, LLC , our new residential plumbing division, and we are looking for experienced Residential Service Plumbers who want an opportunity to grow with us from the ground floor. This is not a position where you will simply be handed a truck and expected to figure it out. What You'll Do As a Residential Service Plumber, you will: Diagnose residential plumbing problems accurately and thoroughly Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations Evaluate the customer's plumbing system and identify additional concerns or potential future problems Present customers with clear repair and replacement options Explain recommendations in a professional, easy-to-understand manner Provide upfront pricing before work begins Complete repairs safely, correctly, and according to applicable plumbing codes Maintain a clean and professional work area Properly document service calls, recommendations, photos, and job information Maintain company tools, equipment, materials, and vehicle Communicate with dispatch and management throughout the workday Provide an exceptional customer experience from arrival through completion Services May Include Water heater repair and replacement Tankless water heaters Faucets and fixtures Toilets Garbage disposals Water supply repairs Drain and waste piping repairs Leak detection and repair Hose bibbs Shut-off valves Pressure reducing valves Expansion tanks Water filtration and treatment systems Repiping Sewer and drain repairs Plumbing inspections and evaluations General residential plumbing repairs and upgrades What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has residential service plumbing experience Is comfortable diagnosing problems and providing solutions Can communicate confidently with homeowners Takes pride in doing quality work Understands that great service involves more than simply fixing the immediate problem Can identify additional legitimate plumbing concerns and educate the homeowner on their options Is organized and able to properly document service calls Is dependable and self-motivated Maintains a professional appearance and attitude Works well as part of a team Is interested in continued training and professional development Wants an opportunity to grow as our plumbing division grows A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. Applicable plumbing licenses, certifications, and significant residential service experience are a plus.
