Commercial Service Plumber Venice Cooling, Heating & Plumbing is expanding our commercial plumbing division and is looking for an experienced Commercial Service Plumber to join our team. We are looking for a skilled plumber who can confidently diagnose, repair, and service plumbing systems in commercial properties. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, professional with customers, and capable of working independently in the field. Our commercial customers may include property management companies, assisted living facilities, office buildings, retail locations, restaurants, multi-family properties, and other commercial facilities throughout the Sarasota, Venice, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing problems Perform plumbing service and maintenance for commercial properties Repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, valves, pumps, and other plumbing components Diagnose water supply, drainage, and sewer issues Perform drain cleaning and stoppage removal Repair and replace water and drain piping Troubleshoot leaks and locate sources of plumbing problems Complete preventative maintenance and plumbing inspections Provide customers with repair and replacement recommendations Communicate professionally with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and other customers Document work performed, materials used, and recommended repairs Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and properly stocked inventory Follow company safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service Qualifications 3+ years of professional plumbing experience preferred Commercial service plumbing experience strongly preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with commercial water heaters, plumbing fixtures, drainage systems, and piping Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to perform the physical requirements of plumbing work, including lifting, climbing, working outdoors, and working in confined spaces Must take pride in workmanship and customer service Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package for experienced commercial plumbers, including: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Company vehicle Company-provided tools/equipment as applicable Consistent year-round work Opportunities for overtime and additional earnings Opportunities for advancement as our commercial division continues to grow Why Join Venice Cooling, Heating & Plumbing?
