In this vital role, you will oversee plumbing system installation, maintenance, and repair, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and industry standards. Your expertise in managing plumbing teams, interpreting technical drawings, and adhering to construction regulatory compliance will drive project success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and construction experience in a dynamic environment dedicated to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties Lead and supervise plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install plumbing systems Perform construction estimating for plumbing projects, including material takeoffs and labor costs Install, repair, and maintain domestic water systems, sewer lines, and HVAC-related plumbing components Ensure all work adheres to plumbing building codes, local building codes, and construction regulatory standards Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and heavy lifting to complete tasks effectively Manage plumbing system maintenance schedules and troubleshoot issues during construction or field service operations Requirements Valid Master Plumber license with extensive experience in construction plumbing projects Proven ability to manage plumbing teams and oversee multiple projects simultaneously Strong knowledge of building code analysis, plumbing building codes, and local regulations Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting schematics, and analyzing construction plans Experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems, including domestic water systems and heavy-duty pipe threading Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, pipe assembly, remodeling, and maintenance procedures Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills as needed Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Valid driver's license for commercial driving or field service travel as required Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces with safety awareness Join our team as a Licensed Master Plumber if you're passionate about delivering top-tier craftsmanship while leading innovative projects.
