Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled plumber with a strong focus on plumbing systems for residential and commercial settings. While a valid plumbing license is preferred, we welcome candidates with extensive hands-on experience in plumbing. Duties Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems. Perform service tasks such as fixture replacements, pipe rerouting, and system upgrades with precision. Use hand tools, power tools, and drain cleaning equipment. Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks, blockages, or potential issues before they escalate. Communicate with homeowners, property management, and property owners. Read schematics and technical manuals to ensure proper installation and maintenance procedures are followed. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for project documentation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute plumbing layouts accurately are a bonus. Requirements Proven experience in commercial and residential service plumbing is
