PAID TRAINING
- 100+ hours each year Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.Responsibilities:
Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home service calls. Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimates, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets. Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professionalRequirements:
6 + years of residential plumbing experience Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications Ability to work in a positive team environment Self-starter who can get the job done Develop a proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Strong verbal and written communications Exceptional customer service Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team Able to pass a background check, MVR, and a drug test Ricky Heath Plumbing Heating and Cooling is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
