Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, piping, and drainage systems. Respond promptly to service calls, delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Perform thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend repair, replacement, or maintenance solutions. Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, drainage concerns, water pressure issues, and other plumbing-related problems using industry best practices. Educate homeowners on findings, recommended solutions, pricing options, and preventative maintenance opportunities. Accurately complete work orders, estimates, and service documentation in a timely manner. Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles in a clean, organized, and professional condition. Follow all safety standards, plumbing codes, and company policies to ensure quality and compliance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and office staff to provide job updates and support efficient scheduling. Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude at every interaction. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing service experience in single-family homes Must hold a Master Plumbing License Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and local codes. Ability to diagnose issues and present repair/replacement options to customers. Sales experience is preferred Valid Driver's License Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Must reside within 30 miles of our shop in Marietta, GA Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work in varying environments Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills Comfortable using tablets and field service software What Makes You a Great Fit Customer-Focused- You build trust, create comfort, and leave customers feeling confident they've received exceptional service.
