Here are Your Responsibilities as a Master Plumber for Mr. Rooter Plumbing As master plumber, you are a key member of our team. Here are the primary responsibilities for this position: You will help customers with various plumbing needs, from installations to repairs. Complex troubleshooting is often involved so experience as a master plumber is a must! Your license will be the tied to the operations of this Mr. Rooter location. Which means you would be the face of our Mr. Rooter Plumbing location, interacting with our customers, local city and government and by providing guidance to the up-and-coming interns and journeymen plumbers. This means job security for you and the ability to operate like an owner/manager, without the investments needed to start a business. You ensure the safety of both yourself and the people you serve, leaving the worksites safer than when you first walked in. Job Requirements The following are the minimum requirements for the Master Plumber position. Minimum 2 years of prior professional-level Master Plumbing experience. Must hold valid Master Plumbers license in our state. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations as well as national and company pluming standards.

Communication:

Pay and Benefits The starting pay range for our Master plumbers is $XX.00 to $XX.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience and involvement in day-to-day operations (these requirements vary by state). Our service professionals are paid a base hourly fee PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work performed, and overall job profitability.
