Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret project requirements and ensure precise execution Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding apparatus, and plumbing system maintenance tools effectively Perform drain cleaning using mechanical or chemical methods to prevent or resolve blockages Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, or personnel to various job sites Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling or new construction projects ensuring plumbing work aligns with project specifications Adhere strictly to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work Assist with heavy lifting tasks, carpentry-related activities, or HVAC-related duties as needed on construction sites Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and maintenance needs Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial environments Skilled in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical knowledge Familiarity with construction site experience including remodeling projects and blueprint reading Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and other specialized equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of local building codes and plumbing standards to ensure compliance at all times Experience with drain cleaning techniques and the use of plumbing system maintenance tools Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles safely in various environments Physical ability for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces, and performing manual tasks over extended periods Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and layout planning Join our team as a Plumber if you're passionate about delivering top-quality craftsmanship while working in a fast-paced environment!
