Full Job Description Overview Pay:

$70.00-$125.00 per hour (based on install complexity and experience — roughly your per-install rate divided by a 3-4 hour job) Pure Flow Water Filtration is a new and growing water treatment company serving Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, and the surrounding Treasure Valley. We install whole-home water softeners and under-sink reverse osmosis systems for homeowners. We're looking for a licensed, reliable plumber who knows water softener and RO installs and wants consistent, well-paid work with a company that's scaling fast. This starts as contract/part-time work (1-3 installs/week) with room to grow into steadier, higher-volume work — and potentially a more structured position — as we add install volume. What you'd be doing: Installing whole-home water softener/filtration systems Installing under-sink 5-stage RO systems (possibly tankless) Basic plumbing tie-ins, testing, and cleanup Being professional and friendly with homeowners during installs Collecting Google reviews after the job (extra pay for this) Typical install takes 3-4 hours What we need: Active plumbing license strongly preferred (competent unlicensed candidates considered) Your own tools and reliable transportation Ability to take jobs with 48-72 hours notice Someone who shows up on time, does clean work, and doesn't cut corners Good with homeowners — you're representing us in their house What you get: $70-125/hr equivalent per install, depending on scope and experience All systems and equipment provided (tools not provided) Flexible schedule — we work around yours Steady work that's increasing as we grow Room to grow into a more structured role as volume builds Get in early with a company that's just getting started
