What You'll Do Run residential service and repair calls: water heaters, fixtures, repipes, drain issues, leaks, gas lines, and general plumbing diagnostics Deliver a premium customer experience - clean job sites, clear communication, and honest options presented on every call Build accurate estimates and present options using ServiceTitan on a company-provided iPad Maintain your truck, inventory, and paperwork to company standards What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred Strong diagnostic skills and comfort presenting options to homeowners Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen A team-first attitude — we're building something, and culture matters here What You Get Top-of-market pay : transparent performance/commission structure — your effort shows up in your paycheck Brand-new truck and tools : Brand-new, fully stocked Ford Transit Company iPad, uniforms, and phone Paid training and development through the industry's best training organization Real growth path : lead tech, field supervisor, and management roles will be filled from within as we grow
