We do all aspects of plumbing, from new construction to service work to radiant heating systems. Responsibilities Assist experienced plumbers with pipe installation, system repairs, and maintenance tasks on construction sites Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to support project execution Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, thread, assemble, and install plumbing components Follow building code compliance standards and safety protocols diligently during all work activities Support the assembly of plumbing systems and remodeling projects Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on-site Learn to troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform basic repairs under supervision Be willing to dig Experience Prior construction experience or hands-on work in related fields is preferred but not required Familiarity with construction plumbing, carpentry, or handyman tasks is a plus Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings is advantageous Experience working on construction sites with exposure to safety protocols and field service operations is beneficial Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to perform basic math calculations relevant to plumbing tasks Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service when interacting with clients or team members This paid apprenticeship provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in plumbing while contributing to meaningful construction projects.
