Competitive base/production pay + performance incentives Beacon Home Services is looking for an experienced Licensed Journeyman Plumber / Lead Installer to take ownership of larger residential and commercial plumbing installations. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can take a sold project, understand the scope, organize the job, lead an apprentice/helper, and deliver a professional installation from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead residential and light commercial plumbing installations Water service replacements, repipes, sewer replacements and underground plumbing Water heaters and larger plumbing projects Excavation and underground piping Read scopes, plans and job specifications Determine material and equipment needs before starting Lead and train apprentices/helpers Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness and organization Communicate professionally with customers Document work, photos and job progress in ServiceTitan Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards Take responsibility for final quality and customer satisfaction Requirements Current Idaho Journeyman Plumbing License required Strong installation and plumbing code knowledge Experience leading plumbing projects Ability to supervise and develop apprentices Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable operating around excavation equipment Strong communication and customer-service skills Able to pass background check and drug screening ServiceTitan experience preferred Who We're Looking For We want someone who takes ownership.
