Job Description

Dairy Service Technician in Nampa, ID We are looking for a highly skilled Dairy Service Technician with great customer service skills. The qualified technician must have electrical and mechanical experience. Must know basic plumbing and welding. The Service Technician is responsible for responding to service calls, troubleshooting and repairing all types of dairy equipment. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Looking for a candidate who detail oreinted and mechanically minded. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair broken and/or malfunctioning dairy equipment Complete and submit all required paperwork daily Must do emergency (on-call) service on a rotational schedule with other technicians Must be willing to engage in continuing education as needed Maintain a clean and well-kept uniform and truck Other equipment installs done as well Qualifications (Skills Required) Electrical Knowledge Welding Plumbing A thorough understanding of dairy milking equipment operation, installation and repair is required. Ability to use common power and hand tools Understanding of specialty tools and equipment necessary for troubleshooting and repairing dairy milking equipment Great customer relationship skills Troubleshooting Quick learner and problem-solving skills Education/Experience Must have Electrical Knowledge Must have basic Mechanical Knowledge Must know how to Weld Basic Plumbing Skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift 100 lbs. handle, and move dairy equipment, chemical and hygiene supplies
