Install and service tank and tankless water heaters. Repair and replace faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, fixtures, and other plumbing components. Perform drain cleaning, sewer diagnostics, and leak detection. Present repair options and educate homeowners on the best solutions for their homes. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Accurately document work using a mobile tablet and field service software. Follow all safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes.

What We're Looking For Required:

Active Illinois Plumber License or City of Chicago licensing requirements. Minimum 3 years of experience . Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred:

Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software. Experience with sewer diagnostics, drain cleaning, and tankless water heaters.
