The role involves coaching, mentoring, and staff development , collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and driving quality improvement initiatives . In the absence of leadership, the supervisor assumes responsibility for unit operations and provides direct patient care within RN scope. Qualifications include a current RN license , BSN preferred , and minimum of 2 years of clinical experience , with leadership experience favored.
