Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumbing Sewer and Drain Technician to join our team! Position of sewer specialist is to provide general drain cleaning services and clean-out installations. This position handles service calls to a customer's home or business and provides any sewer/drain service or product necessary to complete or prevent future issues. Also assist customers in choosing service and product options. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to our reputation for excellence in plumbing solutions. Responsibilities Perform drain cleaning, sewer line repairs, and plumbing system maintenance using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately install, repair, and maintain sewer and drainage systems. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to job sites Conduct plumbing inspections to identify issues related to pipes, fixtures, and drains. Engage with customers professionally by explaining repair procedures, providing maintenance advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven focus on plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including drainage, and sewer lines Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras effectively Familiarity with local building codes, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and pipe threading techniques Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing projects Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus; construction experience is highly valued Join us if you're passionate about delivering reliable plumbing solutions!
