Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to support service and installation work across commercial, retail, and light industrial properties. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, completing new installations, and maintaining plumbing systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform installations (rough and trim) and fixture repairs Handle common service work (rodding, leak repairs, water heaters, pumps) Read blueprints and complete piping layouts Install waste, vent, water, and gas piping Complete daily work orders and document work performed Maintain service vehicle inventoryQualifications and Skills:
Illinois State Plumbing License required 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and codes Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required, as this position requires travel to customer locations and operation of a company vehicle Comfortable working at heightsPhysical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (100 lbs. occasionally) Ability to climb ladders, operate lifts, and perform physical tasks as neededJob Type:
