In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet customer expectations. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise execution of plumbing projects Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools and materials to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws Use hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading machines to complete installations and repairs efficiently Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques to clear blockages and restore proper flow Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential and commercial environments Proficiency in pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and plumbing system maintenance Strong knowledge of water systems, plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and company vehicles safely Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed and future maintenance needs Familiarity with construction site experience, heavy lifting techniques, and construction plumbing practices Basic math skills for measuring materials accurately and calculating pipe sizes or flow rates
