If you're a skilled plumber who can walk into a customer's home, diagnose the problem, determine the right solution, communicate professionally with the homeowner, and complete quality work, we'd like to talk to you. What We Offer $30,000-$120,000 annual compensation Full-time, year-round opportunity Steady residential service work Customer leads provided Scheduling and customer coordination Payment processing handled by the company Opportunity for increased responsibility as the company grows Performance-based growth opportunities Long-term career potential with a growing local plumbing company Typical Service Calls You'll handle residential plumbing service, repair, replacement, and installation work, including: Toilets Faucets and fixtures Garbage disposals Water heaters Tankless water heaters Drain cleaning Clogged drains Leak diagnosis and repair Sump pumps Hose bibs Water-pressure problems Pipe repairs Sewer and drain diagnostics Plumbing fixture replacements General residential plumbing repairs Selected light commercial plumbing work Your Responsibilities Diagnose plumbing problems accurately Recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions Perform professional, code-compliant plumbing work Clearly explain problems and solutions to customers Provide job estimates or scopes of work when required Complete job documentation and before/after photos Maintain professional communication with customers and the company Keep work areas clean and organized Follow applicable safety procedures and plumbing codes Represent Joel's Plumbing professionally in customers' homes Qualifications 3+ years of professional plumbing experience preferred Active Illinois plumbing license or appropriate licensing/authorization Strong residential service experience Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Experience with common residential repairs and installations Strong customer communication skills Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Professional appearance and attitude Dependable and able to manage service calls efficiently Experience with drain cleaning, sewer diagnostics, water heaters, tankless systems, leak detection, and customer-facing residential service is especially valuable.
