Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a variety of tools and techniques, and contribute to high-quality construction and remodeling efforts. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and execute repairs effectively Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, pipe threading, and assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications Conduct plumbing system inspections and troubleshoot water system problems using specialized equipment Assist with remodeling projects by installing fixtures, fixtures replacement, and system upgrades Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance Hands-on experience with welding, drain cleaning equipment, plumbing inspection cameras, and pipe threading tools Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems as well as water supply network Experience operating hand tools, power tools, h, and company vehicles safely Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical specifications Handyman experience or background in remodeling projects is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and working in confined spaces Join our team if you're passionate about delivering top-notch plumbing solutions!
