Job Summary We are seeking a licensed plumber to join our dynamic team, bringing energy and expertise to residential and commercial plumbing projects. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems with precision and professionalism. Your proactive approach will ensure that water systems operate smoothly, code compliance is maintained, and customer satisfaction is achieved. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring all work meets local building codes and safety standards Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent future problems Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel between job sites Perform plumbing system inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal water flow and system integrity Collaborate with construction teams on site preparation, remodeling projects, and new installations while adhering to construction site safety protocols Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation or repairs as part of daily tasks Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed clearly and addressing client questions professionally Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings Proficiency in welding techniques relevant to plumbing applications Skilled in drain cleaning methods using specialized tools for effective blockage removal Familiarity with plumbing system components including water supply lines, fixtures, valves, pumps, and water systems management Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans accurately Experience operating heavy machinery such as pipe threading machines and plumbing inspection cameras Knowledge of local building codes and regulations governing plumbing installations and repairs Strong hand tool dexterity combined with the ability to use power tools safely and effectively Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and blueprint reading Handyman experience or remodeling background helpful for versatile project support Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during installation or repair tasks Construction site experience ensuring adherence to safety standards during project execution Join our team as a licensed plumber where your expertise will drive successful project outcomes!
