Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drain lines, and fixtures. Utilize hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and pipe threading equipment to diagnose issues accurately. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages and restore proper flow. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and local building codes to ensure compliance during all projects. Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly while transporting tools and materials to job sites. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and integrating new fixtures into existing systems. Conduct plumbing inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate, ensuring long-term system integrity. Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing, residential plumbing, or related fields with a strong understanding of water systems and plumbing maintenance. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction site work efficiently and safely. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to residential plumbing installations and repairs. Experience interpreting technical drawings and blueprints for accurate project execution. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed and future recommendations. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles responsibly. Additional skills such as handyman experience, remodeling expertise, construction site experience, or commercial plumbing knowledge are highly desirable.
