Journeyman Plumber (Full-Time)

Pay:

Up to $30/hour (based on experience & skill)

Location:

Properties within 30 miles of

Evansville, IN Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8AM-5

PM What You'll Do:

Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and replacements across single-family homes and small multifamily properties Perform drain cleaning services Diagnose issues and provide long-term solutions Collaborate with in-house maintenance techs and project managers Maintain timely documentation via mobile work order app Deliver professional, courteous service to tenants and residents

What You Need:

Minimum 2 years' experience in residential plumbing Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Comfortable using mobile apps and work order systems Basic tools Great attitude and the desire to work

Bonus Skills:

Experience with water heater installation and sewer line diagnostics Previous work in property management maintenance
